Mod «Animated Main Menu - Sunrise Mountains» for Kenshi

Animated Main Menu – Sunrise Mountains replaces Kenshi’s static main menu background with a smooth, high-quality animation of a sunrise over foggy mountain peaks. The mod uses native DirectX 11 hooking and optimized DDS textures (~90MB VRAM) with no impact on game FPS.

⚠️ INSTALLATION REQUIRED ⚠️  

Steam Workshop does not support .dll/.asi files. Subscribe to this mod on Steam for the textures, then download the code patch separately and extract KenshiAnimMenu.asi, version.dll, and MinHook.x64.dll into your main Kenshi folder (where kenshi_x64.exe is located).

Ultrawide Patch (21:9 & 32:9) — Recommended  

For ultrawide monitors, install the dedicated Ultrawide Support Patch to correct scaling and projection issues. Unsubscribe from the Steam version, delete the old mod folder, and install the ultrawide build from the archive.
