Mod «Recruitable Prisoners - with dialogue (pls read description)» for Kenshi
This mod allows you to recruit captured prisoners after disarming them. The chance of joining is low, and many characters have specific conditions that must be fulfilled before recruitment. A cooldown of approximately one in-game hour applies between most recruit attempts. As a result of enabling recruitment, some races become playable in a new game.
To use this mod, you must build prisoner cages within your base. Locate an NPC, knock them out or attack until unconscious, then place them in a cage. Initiate dialogue when they are awake and follow the dialogue tree to fulfill their requirements for recruitment.
Known Bugs:
- New recruits may not automatically take food from storage. Save and reload to fix.
- Turret gunners may shoot at new recruits. Save and reload to fix.
- Crossbow users may shoot at new recruits. Save and reload to fix.
- The «Kidnapped» tag may persist after recruitment. Pick up the character and put them back down to clear it.
