— After changing weather via options or a mod, press CTRL+U (or any key you setup for environment settings) to refresh environment base settings so NightVision and other vision modes work correctly.
— Anti-Air turrets are automated and will intercept ProBallistics rockets that are in range. They won't target vehicles.
— Commander Plane is one of the tools (6th group).
