Mod «(AB+ ONLY) True Co-op» for The Binding of Isaac

(AB+ ONLY) True Co-op is a local co-op mod for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+. It replaces co-op babies with individual playable characters for up to four players. Each player collects their own items, trinkets, cards, and pills.

Adjust gameplay settings like enemy HP scaling per character, player ghost behavior, and respawn rules. Hold [TAB] to highlight each player with a colored tint; enable persistent tints and colored text in the config.

Access customization options through an in-game challenge menu (press R to exit). Resurrection is possible in devil or angel rooms by default. Other death modes include run-end on death or ghost respawns with limited revival options.

This mod requires Afterbirth+ and is not compatible with Repentance, which includes its own true co-op feature. Online co-op is not supported.
