Mod «Elephant in the Room» for The Binding of Isaac

This mod adds an item that may help with addressing unfinished business. The item can appear in Shops, Curse Rooms, and perhaps Crane Games. It forces a giant champion to appear in every room. Once killed, they drop 1-3 common pickups. These champions are quite tanky and have 3x health.
