Mod «Isaac Reflourished! [RGON+]» for The Binding of Isaac

«Isaac Reflourished! [RGON+]» is a quality-of-life mod pack for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, requiring REPENTOGON. It includes over 35 toggleable features via Dead Sea Scroll settings (press C), optimized for Repentance and Repentance+.

Cursed Trapdoors  

— Trapdoors show the next floor’s curse with a purple icon and black smoke  

— Multiple trapdoors may show different curses, letting you choose  

— Boss-spawned trapdoors match vanilla curse behavior for seed accuracy  

— Optional setting hides the icon unless Guppy’s Eye is held  

Floor Alt Trapdoors  

— Trapdoor sprites change based on destination floor variant  

Run Logger  

— Adds a run history menu in main menu stats  

— Logs character, marks, seed, items collected, and more  

Instant Poops and Fires  

— Cleared-room poops and fires break in one tear  

— Adds time to boss rush timer per object broken  

Last Chance Reroll  

— Reroll items immediately after pickup while they’re still above your head  

Regret Pedestals  

— Shows ghost of unchosen blind items  

— Works with cycling pedestals and rerolls  

Stat Multiplier Display  

— Holding Tab shows damage and tears multipliers next to HUD

Reworked Curse of the Lost  

— Reveals adjacent rooms on map instead of hiding all  

— Mapping items partially counteract the curse  

— No MiniMAPI or CurseAPI dependency  

Auto Swap Active  

— Cards/pills go to front slot when pocket active is held (Repentance+ only)  

— Pocket actives auto-move to front when entering new rooms  

Red Chest Teleport  

— Red chests open to reveal portals (black for devil, white for angel)  

— Portals disappear when left or entered  

— Devil portals pull you in if too close
