Mod «MattPack Extras: D-Section! [RGON]» for The Binding of Isaac

This mod requires Repentogon and Dynamic Minisaacs Forever.
It adds the Quality 5 C-Section upgrade: D-Section. This item was commissioned by Lazy Mattman.
When you pick up D-Section, all your tears are replaced by special, temporary Minisaacs. These Minisaacs inherit your weapons, stat modifiers, and tear effects.
You can obtain this item by transforming a C-Section pedestal with Ventricle Razor.
