Mod «[Rep] The Binding of Isaac: Epiphany» for The Binding of Isaac

[Rep] The Binding of Isaac: Epiphany adds “Tarnished” variants for all Repentance characters. Wave 7 includes 9 completed Tarnished characters, each with 8 unique unlocks. Unlock methods vary and include completing challenges or meeting specific in-game conditions. The mod adds over 90 unlockables, including collectibles, pickups, and trinkets.

Tarnished Isaac  

Unlock method: Bomb the Collectible in the first Treasure Room as Tainted Isaac, then go Home.

Tarnished Magdalene  

Unlock method: As Tainted Magdalene, use Yum Heart in a Sacrifice Room, then kill Mom’s Heart with Bleeding Heart.

Tarnished Cain  

Unlock method: As Tainted Cain, blow up the Sharp Rock on the first floor, then collect materials from enemies and offer them in a Sacrifice Room.

Tarnished Judas  

Unlock method: As Tainted Judas, clear the first floor without using Dark Arts, then reach the Depths and choose your fate.

Tarnished ???  

Unlock method: As Tainted ???, keep holding the active item button while empty, then reach your final resting place and remember who you are.

Tarnished Samson  

Unlock method: As Tainted Samson, clear 3 Challenge Rooms and enter the trap door.

Tarnished Eden  

Unlock method: As Tainted Eden, beat the first boss in under 1 minute, then find the glitched photo in the starting room.

Tarnished Lost  

Unlock method: Leave your card at the start, then reassemble it in a bedroom while playing as Tainted Lost.

Tarnished Keeper  

Unlock method: As Tainted Keeper in Greedier mode, find K.A.E.K. in the first-floor secret room, then open the locked Midas Vault after the Greedier fight.

The mod supports EID in English, Italian, Russian, Korean, Spanish, and Chinese. It includes full controller support and works well on Steam Deck. Configuration options are available via Mod Config Menu or Dead Sea Scrolls menu. All unlocks can be bypassed through the Dead Sea Scrolls menu (press C, then select “Epiphany”).
