It introduces all remaining thematic unlocks for tainted characters by completing final bosses and events: Mom's Heart, Ultra Greed, Boss Rush, Satan, Isaac, and Blue Baby—equalizing unlock counts between A- and B-sides. Includes console commands and an embeddable menu to unlock content or bypass restrictions.
Repentance Plus is compatible with External Item Descriptions and Encyclopedia mods.
