Pure local hover info panel. Displays detailed entity information without requiring server-side components.

• Basic Info: Entity display name and icon.

• Combat Attributes: Armor, weapon, planar damage, sanity regen, warmth, and waterproof status.
• Item Attributes: Hunger, sanity, health, heal value, perish time, durability, fuel, temperature, and recharge status.
• Character Info: Follower loyalty and movement speed.
• Position Info: World coordinates and stack size.
