Mod «Begonia Town» for Project Zomboid

After the Kentucky virus outbreak, Begonia Town was considered one of the few places that might still hold out. Originally, it was just a quiet little town featuring a small Chinese-style garden, a commercial street with bars and a Japanese café in the center, and a cluster of villas along the lake. When the outbreak first started, locals treated this area as a temporary refuge, believing that with timely lockdowns, life could continue as normal.

Soon, a peacekeeping force arrived to help local authorities establish a military quarantine zone. They blocked major roads, set up checkpoints, and built temporary camps, a tank depot, and supply transfer points outside the town. Residents were relocated in groups, infected individuals were isolated, military personnel took over the entrances to the commercial street, and the lakeside area was designated for strict protection.

Now, players step into this deserted Kentucky town. You will find defensive lines and military facilities left behind by the peacekeepers, alongside the streets, shops, lakefront, and courtyards that once belonged to ordinary residents. Begonia Town is not just a ruin—it is a place that was carefully protected and briefly restored to order before being cut off completely.
