Cheat Menu: Reloaded [B42 Fixed]
An all-in-one cheat and admin utility for Project Zomboid Build 42. It works in Singleplayer, Co-op, and on Dedicated Multiplayer servers. This mod is reworked and fixed for version B42.15 and above.
Character Cheats

Heal Character: Instantly restores full health and removes blood, dirt, and stiffness.
God Mode: Makes you invincible with automatic health restoration. Can be toggled on or off.
Ghost Mode: Zombies become passive and ignore you within a set radius.
Prevent Death Mode: Automatically restores health before reaching critical condition.
Creative Mode: Enables free building and moving of objects without resource costs.
Health Control Mode: Unlocks the full health panel for direct control of body parts.
Infinite Carry Weight: Allows carrying unlimited items with no weight penalty.
Suicide: Instantly kills your character, with an option for zombification.

Combat Cheats

Infinite Ammo Mode: Prevents running out of ammo for equipped ranged weapons.
Refill Ammo: Instantly fills the magazine of the currently equipped weapon.
No Shot Delay: Removes recoil delay for rapid fire with ranged weapons.
Instant Kill (Melee): Kills any zombie in one hit with an equipped melee weapon.
Infinite Item Durability: Equipped weapons never lose condition.

Multiplayer Support

Singleplayer: Full access to all features.
Co-op (Host): The host has full access to all features.
Dedicated Server: The menu is visible and functional only for admins, GMs, and moderators. Regular players cannot access it.

Note: A small number of features, such as Vehicle God Mode and some vehicle color functions, are singleplayer only due to Build 42 server limitations. All other features work fully in multiplayer.
