Mod «Horse Mod [B42/MP SOON]» for Project Zomboid

«Horse Mod» for Project Zomboid adds rideable horses with four breeds—American Quarter, American Paint, Appaloosa, and Thoroughbred—each with two color variants. Horses spawn at farms, ranches, and stables. Care for them and equip gear via the horse context menu under «Gear».  

Available equipment includes:  

— Saddle – prevents groin pain while riding  

— Reins  

— Saddlebags – adds storage capacity  

Key controls (customizable in Mod Options):  

— Mount / Dismount (default: interact key)  

— Walk (default: movement keys)  

— Trot toggle (default: X)  

— Gallop (default: Left Shift)  

— Jump (default: Space) – requires galloping  

— Kick zombies (default: Space) – activates without aiming  

Riding is currently single-player only; multiplayer support is planned.
