Infested Lair Conquest
Cleanse zombie-infested strongholds marked on the map and claim hidden Spiffo treasures. While killing zombies, players may find a suspicious treasure map on a corpse. Following the marked location reveals a Spiffo plush containing a solid object inside.
This mod adds a gameplay loop encouraging players to clear dense zombie zones known as Lairs. Clear these areas to earn token rewards and exchange them for useful items. The mod includes around 50 preset locations by default and supports custom coordinates.
Gameplay Flow

• Kill zombies to find a treasure map.
• Travel to the marked location on the world map.
• Find and pick up the plush toy.
• Right-click the ground at the location to start a 30-second action.
• Receive token rewards.
• The cleared location is removed automatically.
• Repeat the process to collect tokens and exchange them for items.

Multiplayer Support

• Coordinate states are synchronized across the server.
• Progress is preserved after reconnecting or dying.
• Prevents duplicate spawns when multiple players approach simultaneously.
• Prevents duplicate reward acquisition.

Sandbox Options

• Adjustable treasure map drop rate.
• Adjustable token reward per location.
• Support for custom coordinates (compatible with modded maps).
• Option to disable default coordinates to use custom ones only.

Important Notes

• This mod does not modify zombie population or respawn settings. Increasing zombie population, disabling respawn, and advancing peak day is recommended.
• Ensure the World Map is enabled in sandbox settings.
• Using a culling removal mod is recommended for multiplayer.
• Burning a lair may prevent reward collection.
• If the server shuts down immediately after a token drops, the token may disappear. Avoid abnormal shutdowns.
• This mod can be safely added to or removed from an existing server. When removing, empty mod-related bags and items first.
